Lydia brings to CoachVikram her extensive background in project management and event planning. She assists CoachVikram’s core team in 2 tasks – front end and back end. Front end tasks include being the first point of contact internally and externally and making sure clients are continuously satisfied with their relationship with CoachVikram.
In the back end, Lydia assists in the smooth implementation of the Executive Presence training- which includes date coordination, program location requirements, venue supervision, managing event, and logistics. She makes sure our flagship STAR Leadership training is delivered to the highest standards and is not ‘just a training program’ but a world-class learning experience with great memories. Lydia has flawlessly managed spectacular Executive Presence programs for senior leaders and global clients. Lydia also enjoys working with the design team to further enhance learner experience.
